Architecture built with purpose.
Projects managed with vision.
5th ART INC brings together architecture, planning and construction management to create thoughtful, functional and responsible spaces.
Architecture beyond design
At 5th ART INC, we believe architecture goes beyond creating beautiful spaces. It requires planning, technical coordination, responsible decision-making and a clear understanding of every stage of the construction process.
Based in Fort Myers, Florida, our company was created with a comprehensive vision of architecture and construction management — bringing design, technical expertise and project coordination together under one approach.
Our future services are being developed to support projects from their earliest planning stages through construction and completion.

A comprehensive approach to every project
Architecture is only one part of a successful construction project. Our vision is based on connecting design, technical disciplines, planning and execution from the beginning.
Architectural decisions are considered alongside the technical requirements of the project, creating a more coordinated approach to construction.
Our approach extends beyond design to consider budgeting, materials, labor, scheduling and the different stages involved in project execution.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural and other technical disciplines are considered as part of an integrated project strategy.
We believe responsible construction also means reducing unnecessary waste and seeking solutions that minimize the environmental impact associated with construction activities.
Selected Projects
A collection of architectural projects that reflect our approach to design, functionality and thoughtful planning.
The projects shown here were developed by our founder in Brazil before 5th ART INC was established. They are presented as examples of his approach to design and technical coordination, not as work carried out by 5th ART INC.
Building with Responsibility
We believe architecture and construction should consider not only the final result, but also the impact of the process.
Environmental responsibility is part of the vision behind 5th ART INC. Our approach seeks to reduce unnecessary construction waste, encourage thoughtful material planning and continuously identify opportunities to minimize the environmental impact associated with our projects.
